Brother Jack Vivona crossed over into the Eternal Brotherhood on October 28th of this year. Jack was a member of the pledge class of 1978 having been recruited by the “Endwell Gang” from the preceding class.

Jack was a quiet, gentle yet incredibly solid and strong person, listened well to others, always caring and kind. He was an important mentor and impact on brothers years after he graduated. Never one to seek attention, he went quietly after an extended illness.

Jack was my little brother, I think he wanted to diversify his affinities with Chi Phi beyond his neighbors from home. As such an old soul that Jack was, I sometimes wondered who was the big brother and who the little brother.
